I love the pancakes (spice or chocolate chip). I make them in a mug in the microwave after soaking for about 1/2hr. I also really like the blueberry oatmeal with a packet of stevia and 15 grams of chopped walnuts. I also soak the oatmeal for 1/2hr before cooking. For crunchies I love the chocolate mint bars, peanut butter…

I have a soda stream. I use the diet soda flavors for it and we quite enjoy it.

I use google docs and make collections for categories. Then I copy the recipe and the link to where I got it. I can then access it via my tablet/phone in the kitchen.

I'm 5'2" and I'm a very muscular 157 my current goal is 150 which I'll re-evaluate then. Unfortunately I've also got about 10lbs of loose skin since I've lost >120lbs so far.

Our Y is great. We're lucky, it's almost brand new and was sponsored by a local store chain and a hospital so it has alot of good equipment and is very nice. We go 3 - 5 times a week for classes, weight lifting, swimming, hot tub, sauna etc.

We got an xbox 360 connect and my daughter discovered she loved to do the dance games. We also as a family started Tae Kwon Do. We also started swim classes for my son. We are lucky that we have a very go YMCA near us.

If I'm having a hard time I try to keep in mind why I'm doing this. Also I remind myself how I felt physically and mentally if I over endulged and how it's not worth feeling that way.

I weigh regardless and just look at overall progress in the long term.

I've not tried it yet but I plan on it this holiday. I just googled and found this link http://www.ehow.com/how_2268348_substitute-stevia-sugar-baking.html It has info on how much to use and what to do about the lost bulk.

FYI 28grams = 1 oz. I also highly recommend getting a digital food scale. I weight just about everything I eat.

My in laws, my husband and I have all been on medifast for a year. We each have lost at least 100lbs. If you follow the diet as designed it will definitely work. But it is more than a diet it also has a detailed transition and maintenance plan. If you don't follow it, if you revert to your old eating habits you will gain…

I've lost 123lbs in a year. I've ended up with wings, wrinkly inner thighs and weird divits of fat missing in my stomach so far lol. But I've also noticed it firming up. I do weight lifting and use a moisturizing exfoliating body wash. I've also been taking omega 3 supplements. I'm 42 so I doubt I'll ever be able to wear a…

A year ago I was 284 lbs and waiting for my first shipment of medifast. That was 122lbs ago. I thank god that my in-laws discovered it and went on it and told my hubby and me about the program.

Julienned zucchini makes a good substitute for pasta.

try to find something healthy that will satisfy your sweet tooth, like fresh fruit with greek yogurt, or a protein bar. Chocolite Protein bars are only 100 calories and are very good.

When I go I avoid all the deep fried/breaded stuff. No rice/pasta/bread etc. I get a big plate of salad stuff. I take small amounts of the things that I like. Also if you took something, and you really didn't like it, don't be afraid to leave the rest. Better wasted on the plate then on your waist.

It tastes great but it is soo high in sugar. I prefer pb2 http://www.bellplantation.com/nutrition.

You can do it. Both my husband and I have lost over 100lbs each. I was able to get off of both my blood pressure medications. He was able to completely get off of all his insulin, blood sugar meds, bp meds & acid reflux meds. Talk about a savings!!! We both feel so much better. You can do it and it will be worth it in the…

Fat free plain greek yogurt & dijon mustard & a little stevia. I imagine you could do ff greek yogurt with the powdered ranch seasoning.
-
You can use broth to saute meat and veggies in also instead of oil. Tyson has a boneless skinless chicken tenderloin that is 97% fat free if I recall correctly.

I got this for my older dog as she's become sensitized to storms. For her it did not work, but I think it is because of her fur. She is a mix bread that is very fluffy. I really couldn't get it to be snug on her because she had so much fur. We just gave in and moved furniture around so she could hide behind the couch…

I like to julienne the outer flesh & skin of yellow and green zucchini then cook it for a couple minutes in what ever sauce or broth. It tastes great, is healthy and pretty.

You can also substitute flax meal for fat in recipes. Lots of fiber and nutrition that way.
