I find myself reading labels. I used to never read labels - pick up anything and everything. Now I don't pick up anything - especially a new food - without reading the label and even better, putting it back if it is not healthy and good for me And water - I HATE WATER - but now I drink at least 128ozs a day. I have to have "noise"....but not TV or radio. I bought a sleeping machine from JC Penny...Actually bought 3 at the same time - thru the catalog. It is great..just what I need to sleep. When I travel, I use the white noise app on my smart phone...not as good - but it works.

I did the same thing, no weight loss for almost 3 weeks. Increased my calorie intake by 200 and up'd my protein. I drank more water and this past week I lost 1 pound. If that is their attitude, you are better off without them. I love my curves and I get compliments all the time. Be proud that you are trying to change for yourself and not another person. There are plenty of fish out there that love curvy women......stay true to yourself!!

You need more calories and more protein. I have had the same problem with see sawing between 2-5 lbs. I up'd my calories, eating more protein and already see a change. Try that and see if it helps. Feel free to add me as friend and we can do this together ! :flowerforyou:
