Hi! Do I understand correctly that you work out 6/7 days of the week? If thats the case, then you need to eat 1884 every day at least. Thats on a 15% deficit which is good as you are so close to goal! Even 10% might be more beneficial for you, and that number is 1995. So you might be eating too little and your body needs…

My opinion is that if you do the workouts religiously 3 days per week and perhaps do some light cardio 2-3 days per week, go with NROL4W numbers. Test it for 3 weeks and see - you shouldnt be hungry, but everyone is different, and if you are then up your cals on non workout days too. The workouts really makes me damn…

Yeah...life without cake would suck!! And I can tell you from personal experience that pizza breaks plateaus... Yes for real!! Of course you cant go bonkers and eat it all the time or even overeat in one shot! But moderate is key...and if it fits my macros... You have to understand the balance of it, where to draw a line,…

Hi! Did u read the support group thread? You are still in the early stage and its all normal and expected, dont give up yet! Go read the support group and post there, the lovely ladies there will ease your worries. :-) :flowerforyou:

It sounds like you are very active, not moderate. Maybe ure body dont get enough time to recover. Id take a full day or two of rest and youd still be moderate then.
-
Thanks all! I decided to take it easy and only did some treadmill walking at home to get the blood flowing...darn cold here! Will see how things go the next few days.

Starting NROLFW will change your life...to awesomeness!!! But...you need to fuel your body well for that so its good that you are working yourself up to 1600 but you will need to up more for NROLFW. Just prepare yourself for that and I need to tell you as well that you will soon be starving for more food then as…

Well....you might have lost lots of water weight... Does your clothes feel more loose? Did you take measurements to compare? Too much sodium/ TOM/ exercise can cause the scale to go up. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/630360-the-dreaded-scale-read

Hi! You should never eat below your BMR - thats the amount of calories your body needs to just stay healthy and function right, the amount of calories you will be fed by your doctor while lying in a coma in hospital basically. I strongly suggest you go and read up on all the stickies (threads with red pins next to them)…

Red Wine. ....other than that you'd be okay with Vodka, Gin, Whiskey, Brandy - mixed with Soda water/ zero cal soft drinks. Light beer is okay too I think. DONT drink any cocktails!!! LOADED with sugar!!! Were talking 1000 cals and up here in ONE drink! Avoid all sugar added alcoholic drinks. I second booyainyoface - be…

You got some great advice Meags... :) These people know what they are talking about. My two cents...dont eat under your bmr please. It will only cause your bmr to lower even more and harm your metabolism further like all the fad diets do. If you dont understand how to set up your mfp goals keep asking questions, you will…

Very true words. Sometimes we get frustrated because we want others to experience what we do (in all apects of life) but we cannot force it on anyone. Share information, be friendly and helpful and keave it up to them.

  Whahaha!! Thanks for that Mike, and good for you! Jip, definite nsv pal!

Hi! Definitely not sedentary! Id go with calculating lightly active and moderatly active and using a number in between the two. If you do get the 30-45 min jog/walk in every night or at least 5 days a week Id go with the Moderate number.
-
I know theres quite a few threads in the main group too...if you go type it in under search you will definitely find some info. Might help you with some answers!
-
Jip! Youve got it Jack!

Well it sounds like u are doing everything right then...! The fitbit is good with exercises like walking yes, so your on the money I think. Id stick with the routine you have now as its working. Remember to recalc your scooby numbers after every 5 lbs loss.
-
Rebekah, thanks for your reply! Lucky you yes! Maybe Im not active enough...mmmm, so confusing some days.

Hi Rebekah! I checked your Bmf numbers on your diary...wow you have some great burns even on non workout days!! Wish mine looked like that! I'm also 5'5 and on Moderate activity with NROLFW and C25K/treadmill cardio on days in between. My Bmf is at an average of 2350 over the last 12 days. Hight burn days goes to 2500 when…

Hi Rachel! What kind of workouts do you do if I might ask? What does your week look like? I know that lots of people label the Fitbit a "glorified pedometer".... so honestly, I have no idea how accurate it is... But you are losing, so that is great! Maybe you need to eat more calorie dense foods that fill you up for…
