I do C25K on the days in between. I agree with Ms. D... long cardio sessions are not recommended, stick to something thats 30-40min long. I know that Insanity is GRUELING! Alisi - you have lots of guts! Haha. Its too much for me to be honest, too long. It doesnt feel like I have the energy and strength for my NROL then.

I'd up right to 1950 cals if I were you. I'm eating 1900 more or less at the moment and trying to go up to 2000 actually. I'm 5'5 as well, and if youre exercise level is Moderate to Active like it sounds then youre "sweet spot" might just also be around 1900-2000 for losing. (Ive sort of seen a trend in this with ladies at…

Hi! I'm a mom of 3 and have about 15lbs to lose still. Oh, 33 years old. :)
-
 Yeah! May this be it!! Congrats! I'm also 5'5, would love to add you. I also got my scale movement (and 3 month plateau break) last week after 5 weeks of eating more. Love your bf %!!! Thats great!

Dont feel guilty. If you cant enjoy yourself every now and then and feel like this is the way you will be able to live forever, then it will fail. You are in the right mindset according to me. :) Just keep on going, one day will not make you trip or fall. Maybe try and incorporate weekly treats still...it helps me a lot! I…

LOL! You sneak! Let him take it hostage out of the house for 4 weeks...hehe. If you can handle that.

I want to second that.... It still gets me so emotional...but I know that everyone on here understand the emotional aspect of this journey. Our journey's arent all the same, but they all lead to the same goal. I still hear all the voices saying: "you have three children, your body will never be the same again, will never…

LOL!!! I would have had a mini heart attack!!
-
Hehehe... I agree STUPID SCALE!! HIDE IT!! Let someone hide if for you!! For the next 4 weeks JUST use measurements and your clothes to tell you whats happening! :flowerforyou:
-
Whoohooooo!!! Another plateau bites the dust!! Well done!! And congrats! :drinker:

Ive read that you should keep ure bmf on for at least 10 min after ure workout. Maybe thats tge problem if u took it off immediately? We are using technology here...think it runs on different rules than we do,hehe. Try that the next time. Mine measures my exercises very accurately every time. I only take it off at least…

Jip it tells me what I knew...Im not getting nearly enough sleep! Lol As a mom of 3 with the youngest only 15 months thats probably as expected. I just frustrate myself cause even when she sleeps well, I dont....:grumble: I wake up (and I know I do) up to 10 times a night! Its amazing though, I love my bmf.

I do NROLFW 3 times a week and C25K 3 times a week. I sometimes do extra treadmill cardio after the weight lifting at gym (I have a treamill at home so I go back home and do it) Ive heard and read that doing too much cardio is counter productive to weight training as the cardio takes lots of the needed energy ure body…

Hi and Welcome! I'm 5'5, 33 years old and currently 148 pounds. I also would like to go down to 135 pounds, give or take - I'm doing NROLFW and don't care about the scale so much anymore, rather how my clothes fit and getting down another size or two. Rather have defined muscles showing than be skinny fat, hehe. Use the…

What a great post! Thank you for sharing and congratulations!! So much more proof that fueling your body properly gives you so much more energy and health! Yeah!!

Dont give up! Two weeks arent enough to judge by. You are really very active, those long runs makes your body need lots of food to refuel and repair. Dont lower your calories, I really think you will do more harm than good. I'd also advise staying away from the scale for the next month....it plays terrible head games with…

Well done! I'm also a "tummy will probably get there some day" person, hehe. But like you say, it will take time, not weeks but months and its so worth it in the end. Enjoy your new found muscles! :)

Great results!! Good luck with stage 2!
-
If I were you Id phone bodymedia and ask them about the accuracy compared to ure heart rate monitor. How long have u had it, its still new right? I think I have heard that the accuracy level drops when a person is VERY active.... ? Would be good to confirm with them.
-
Wow!! What a difference!! You look great!
-
Do I understand correctly that in a day u spend 10-30min, 15 times a day wheeling around hecticly heavy stuff, then u run 2-3 times a week and u do weight lifting 2-3 times a week? Id definitely vote for Very Active!
-
How many times aweek would u be burning 800 cals? If its 3 to 5 you are actually moderate. 1 - 3 would be light....but... When u know ure BMR number u have to Net above it....so uf u burn so much that the burn takes u under ure BMR u need to eat back the difference. But Id say that if u exercise at least 3 times a week,…

Wow Tigermad...I just wanted to say - congratulations on ure amazing weight loss!! So inspirational, u rock!!
-
Aaah u are so right!! But thats why I completely ignore the scale until my next Friday and drink up on lots of water and tea etc. Seems to be just fine then. :-)
-
Phew! So glad Im not alone in this! :blushing: Thanks everyone! I eat at least 80% or more healthy so I believe the 20% or so can be for ME to remain sane! Hehe. Pugsley5 - I do agree on skipping the bread and desert and relishing my glass of red! Ah watergirl, I hope I dont get a similar experience, I love my wine! Alisi,…

Hey u...sorry for your bad day. :frown: I dont know what to say...except that you have made it this far, say u quit now...and your change might be two or three weeks away...you will miss out on it! I know its hard, even with my loss Im scared to death of next Friday and what it might bring, and the week after and so…

If you havent already, please go to http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ Work out your numbers there.
