I have a 1 1/2 year old and I work about 32 hours a week. Sometimes it's hard to make it to the gym so I started 30ds 5 days ago. My son will get down and try to do the workouts with me sometimes... it's too cute.

I like it a lot. I started about 5 days ago and I was SO sore at first but I feel much better now. Can't wait to see the changes after the 30 days. You look great btw!!

I use 3lbs weights and I usually do the 30ds after work around 5:30-6pm

Thanks for the advise. I'll start stretching more and maybe look into drinking protein shakes after to help.

I did notice they were pretty sore when I would first start walking but after a little it wasn't too bad. Stairs scare me right now lol. Going up them hurts but going down them is the worst.

I don't think it matters what time you take them in the day just that you're taking them everyday. I have mine in the afternoons. The gummie ones are great!

I don't always have the motivation either. Anytime I felt bad about eating something I would always tell myself i'll start eating better tomorrow and it never happened. I just joined on Wed. and having to log what I eat is really helping. I got a gym membership about a month ago and I have to push myself to go sometimes…
