I just wear my sports bra, nike loose top, fitted pants, running socks and my asics running trainers. I dont have any pockets, so i put my house key on a bobble around my wrist haha. Ill take a water bottle with me if i go far.

I get cereal bars with chocolate in them. They normally satisfy a craving. Theres a choc fudge one by Alpen, which is under 70 cal. :)

Sort of, but it depends what they are like. I think you can normally tell when someone wants to be there to exercise and when they don't. It does get annoying when people hog the machines just to be next to their friend though. Also, when i see girls come into the gym wearing leggings and converse and 'speed walk' on the…

I love the gym. I don't have the motivation to exercise at home. Ill put the wii fit on and then get bored and wander off. When its hot though, i much prefer running outside. :)

I weigh first thing after ive had a wee, just in my underwear. I weigh myself on the gym scales sometimes as it adds weight onto me because of my running shoes etc, so it motivates me to work harder!

Bran flakes keep me full for ages.

Fruit is always a good snack. Also, 62 calorie cereal bars from Aldi and plain crackers, around 19 cal each.

The cross trainer and stepper have really helped me lose fat on my thighs at the gym! Also, walking on a high incline on the treadmill seems to have helped too.
