The head personal trainer at my gym uses them and she raves about them. I want a pair so badly.

Thanks, that will help this weekend.

Here's another website that uses a lot of LCC http://greenlitebites.com. She has a simple nacho recipe. 1 Mini Babybel® Cheddar Round 1 wedge of the Laughing Cow Light Queso Fresco & Chipotle 1 tbsp skim milk Directions: http://greenlitebites.com/2011/03/02/silky-single-serve-nacho-cheese/

I'm going through this right now. I've lost 15lbs in the last 2 months and I'm on the pill. Currently in the middle of pack and I have a light period. It really sucks and freaked me out. There's no chance I'm pg either.

They had to change their name. Now it's Crockin' Girls

I use the recipe tab all the time. It won't work in this case since I'm not consuming the raisins.

I have two motivations. First is for myself. I'm tired of feeling like a frumpy unsexy sahm. I always told myself I would never be fat. My starting weight was on the bottom of the obese category. I felt lazy and finally decided to do something about it. So I joined a gym. It has been wonderful and I'm there 4-5 times a…

I'm in too! I'm April mom to three girls 8, 4.5, & almost 3. I'm at my pre-pregnancy weight before #2 and working at getting to my pre-pregnancy weight before #1. My goal is to loose the weight and tone up.

I don't have cheat days either. I just can't do it because I know it's not good for me and why I joined mfp. Once a month our mom's club has a mom's night out. That's my cheat meal and drinks. So far it hasn't had a negative effect on my weight loss. I do log it and make myself accountable for it.

Duplicate post. I have no idea why mfp is doing that.

That's a good point also.

Try not eating your exercise calories. Eating them doesn't always work for everyone. I don't eat most of mine. Also I agree with changing up your routine.

I agree! Before I decided to loose weight my dh cooked most dinners. He's a cheese and carb addict. So I decided even though I hate to cook I'm going to have to do it. I've found many sites with tasty recipes. Now I cook all the time. It can be done!

My friend gave me her weight watchers one and it works great. I was going to get the one that others have been posting from amazon. I've heard great things about it.

For the most part I don't eat back my exercise calories. I've lost 12lbs, so it's working for me. I realize that once I loose more weight I may need too. I take it on a week by week basis. If you're not loosing try doing something different. What works for one person may not work for another.

Congrats on the loss! I couldn't believe what my scale told me after I lost 10lbs either. It took 3 days of weighing myself before I finally believed it. You can do this!!

Mine too! I think I might have one right now. :drinker:
