Morning MISFIT my plans today Cook me some rice for rice bowls for a few days. for Dinner Salads for lunch. My rice bowl was real good last night. I ate salads for a week with fruit and and raspberry lite dressing tonight rice bowl with no salt dressing and 1/2 c canned beans with no salt.
