So far all my exercise has been just cleaning. My house looks great but I am quite bummed, especially about today. I took today off just for me and ended up non stop organizing cupboards, grocery shopping and errands. Didn't even make it to the pool. I was almost in tears when I realized how late it was and in was still at…

Oh I just love it! I relate with both your stories so well! So many things are so much more fun then food for me! But absolutely I wouldn't trade my daughter's laugh, smiles, giggles and seeing the world through her eyes any day. That is the best part. Honestly, getting to enjoy everything as an adult through your child's…

Lobotomy? Hehehe. My mom and dad also do this. Makes the gene thing sound even more plausible. Anyway, one thing she does is keep a peeled orange or something by her bed so she doesn't get out of bed to eat. She says it works for her for a time. I remember them buying a dozen donuts and then gorging on them in the middle…

Did it and OMG, it was amazing! 315 calories for ALL OF THIS. I know it would have been healthier with brown rice but I couldn't find any. I was just happy to find some without any yucky mayo. Why does it have to be so expensive? I seriously could eat it everyday. Yum! Thank you for the challenge! I definitely like raw…

Yay! Karen! I'm reading backwards again so forgive me if I skip posts. Its hard when just using your phone. I talked to my mom for quite a bit, had a come to Jesus talk with the hubs about work loads that left me in tears and him taking a muscle relaxer and going to bed, but I think my point got across. Now to work on the…

This is ME...right now...stopping to FORCE myself to eat for the first time today. I brought fruit to eat for lunch and I still don't want it, but I am making myself eat it. It's 3:40 and it's the first thing I've had. This is typical. I know I am just fueling the problem. Ugh.

Read this here: http://www.forbes.com/sites/robertglatter/2014/02/24/night-eating-syndrome-a-warning-sign/ If you or someone you know is engaging in repetitive nighttime eating–even without being hungry–you may want to pay attention to some recent research about this concerning behavior. Based on a new study, an uncommon…

Morning! Or more like afternoon. Congrats on the job Becky! Woohoo! Feel better Norah! Way to go Karen. I love how adventurous you are with all your exercises. I started off in such a good mood. Got up at 5, straightened my hair and even wore a skirt to work. By the time I got to work, hair had proofed into a frizzball…

Son of a gun! That reminds me! I got sushi for the party tonight and totally forgot to put t out. I hate seafood except tuna fish. I really want to try more fish...maybe.

Thank you Karen for posting. I've suffered from this for 20 years. Ever since I started dieting. I would stave during the day and binge at night. I told Karen my story but I will say it here. I went to the doctor when in was 20 and living with my boyfriend because I couldn't sleep in the same bed as him because I didn't…

Morning gorgeous! I have a strong desire to get back on track to day. As the nerds say the force is strong with this one. The problem is, I am hosting game and junk night at my house tonight. Sliders, snacks, beer, wine. I am getting a fruit tray. Going to try and avoid the junk and focus on keeping the company fat and…

Ok I have been trying to do this all day but work and the husband have gotten b the way. Even now we are at it. I hate that I sabotaged myself this week and especially last night knowing I had a weigh in today. I hate that I still wake up at night several time a night and binge eat although I have been on every medication…

I hate that I read all of your frustrations and just want to "fix" everyone. I did this in rehab too. God Damn, I'm annoying. I had all the answers on what everyone else needed to do and even what I did but applying them to myself is another story. I also hate that I can't finish this because my husband keeps coming…

I have one guy who does documentaries interested in hearing about it. Emailing him today. Just preliminary ideas. Definitely going to be a group project if it ever comes about.

Yahoo! My kind of thread! I love that we can be honest and not have to poop rainbows all the time!

Way to go Julie!

Hang in there hun. I hate days like that. I have them and have noticed that getting out of the house or getting busy helps. Just as long as you don't get out and drive to a McDonald's. Sometimes I clean. I hate cleaning but moving makes me less hungry.

I have a hard time even reading the regular forums where it state need to lose 20lbs. I am horrible.

That is awesome Knit! And Karen- so proud of you! I can't wait to see you pass that lane hogger in the race! The Facebook diet thing is a first for me but I am opposite. This is my first go around not posting every single accomplishment, or struggle or he'll, even meal on FB. It started with me being ashamed I gained 60lbs…

Oh man, Tha reminds me. I haven't even been telling y'all what has been going on with me. My NES is back in full force. Last night was almost a full pint of krazy cookie dough ice cream and BBQ chips. What I do is since it happened at 12:20 am, I split it up and tracked some for yesterday and some today so I am not going…

If you are eating out anywhere just forget about sodium. Its gonna get you no matter what. I use Olive Gardens dressing at home. I use the lite version. I'm not sure if you can get it in the restaurant or not? It is so freaking good. Would never know the difference from the full version and 30 cals for 2 Tbs.

Sounds like you work full-time and you are a full-time Mom. Cut yourself some slack. It also sounds like you are getting plenty of exercise in your daily activities (1.5 hour walk every day!?) and not enough rest. The only advice I can give you other than finding more time for rest is to plan your meals and "me" time so…

Yes.. another reply. More boob talk. I've never seen so much boob talk and no men around in my life. Hahaha. My husband obviously loves the girls. I hate them because of many reasons but I think the main reason is people feel like they are free game to comment on. Yes, I know they ginormous. I am FAT! I happen to carry a…

Good for you Karen! Way to out pace him. I used to do laps last summer in our neighborhood pool and thought I was so kickass. Finally my husband asked me why I swim so funny. He said i flail my arms and look like I'm Damn near drowning. I tried to consciously do it his way nice and smooth after that, yeah, no, didn't work.…

Oh oh oh. I did come up with one. Hop this isn't too big. On my phone so can't adjust size. But my nail beds. They are long so even though my nails are short, I just cut them so they don't break off, they still look somewhat long because I have long nail beds and Lon fingers. And I like my tan I have right now. There

Morning Angie! That is good that you accepted your body. Saved you a lot of unnecessary pain and self loathing. Karen, I get what you are saying! My daughter, oh my. There is absolutely not an inch of her I do not love. She came from me so that is the best part of me ever!
