218.4. I'm up from goal it's been a crazy stressful few weeks but everything seems to be settling. Jamie if you change my goals so goal 1 is now 2 and 2 is goal 3. Thanks Well done to those who met and surpassed the first goal way to go

I can see it, well done lady, great progress, my goal is between 80-90 lose and I think that I won't see a difference until about halfway, 40-45 off, I had lost 20 and could not see any difference, put some back on but will now just keep on pushing to my goal. Thanks, this is motivating
