im 23 years old losing weight of course ^^ down by 12 lbs. ;D and i am continuing and i dont plan on quitting either.

my thoughts. why should it matter which is healthier than the others? i prefer eating them cause of the fibers. juicing.. i have never found an ingredient that i personally would enjoy for juice. now smoothies. putting everything in the blender. = much love. (best part is. i dont need to put sugar at all) <3

rice isnt bad for you. for some people they need more carbs than others. (not just the hard workers) but for the people who are even runners. they need carbs. anyways. my point is that rice also contains mercury. so eating too much is bad.…

lately.... i guess it would have to be either the fries that my mom brought from red robin.... or the hot dog.(which is pretty lean and low in fat) i guess you can say that could be junk. i havent had chips in a while cause i dont put it in my shopping cart nor do i buy candies or sodas.

i would have to go with the eggplant lasagna. my cravings are random some days i crave mexican and spiced food or spicy other days i crave fatty food and others are sweets. im glad you found what works for you, but for some people like me, it wouldnt be the best. to keep what they are doing for themselves.. whatever im doing its working well for me. ^^ lost 10 lbs. <3

when losing weight you cant trigger a part of your body to lose the fat. your body will do it on its own. but what you can do is work the muscles that is for your back. ask a trainer or someone, or go around the gym to find it. ^^ wish you the best with that.

when i was drinking my shakeology i drank mine around breakfast or lunch time. i dont drink it anymore. instead i make my own smoothie. but, yeah thats pretty much when i drink my shakes/smoothies in general. once in a while ill drink it before dinner. ^^ hope you get out of plateau.
