The are super supportive, I have been over weight, for a long time, gaining about 4 pounds over the last 22 years, it crept up…

I like to cut mine in slices like fries and bake them with olive oil, my husband loves them baked like a potato and with butter and brown sugar....(I don't eat them this way)
