Great job logging everything! It's easy to lie to yourself to try and fudge the numbers but that doesn't change what you ate. Being real with yourself is hard but important.

@simbersea I recently started doing IF on the advice of my endocrinologist. My thyroid and thyroid meds have really been messing with my weight loss since I started taking them so he made some adjustments and suggested IF.
