Maybe it is a candida issue (too much). Or it could be a sudden irritation to foods such as wheat. I did a candida diet for two weeks and that was two years ago. It solved my bloat and gas problems and I've not had it sense.

Thanks for answering, but I don't get it. Do I use my goal weight to base the amt of protein I am to eat or my current weight? So I should use a percent of my total caloric intake to equal 117 g of protein a day since that is what I want to weigh? Again, thanks for being so nice to take time to help us.

A doctor thought this up. it isn't a "Military diet" it just somehow got coined that bc people were doing it to make weight to get accepted into the military. People do it to lose for surgery. Will fasting hurt me, such as stopping eating at 6pm and then starting again about 11am? Something of that nature. It helps me create a deficit comfortably. I do know a nutritionist who recommended a woman eat MORE and then workout MORE in order to lose and it worked. I am not saying what is right, if I knew, I wouldn't be overweight, but it is confusing.
