over a period of 6 yrs off and on...my start weight here was 208...when i became a flight attendent...all the walking around helped me loose the 1st 32lbs.....without a scale not sure how much i weigh lol

i agree you have alot of quick calories so its never accurate plus ur eating sweets everyday or every other day..maybe do a sweet treat once a week

yeah that pic was my worst i have ever been how i looked was how i felt...ugly and depressed....now im taking it 1 day at a time...there r times i want it done quick but in the long run slow is always better...muahhhhhh

i do my own thing....i eat healthy and in moderation...as far as junk ill eat alittle but i will exercise or substitue...i do keep my calories in check and i eat every 3 to 4 hours stopping my last meal around 6:30pm
