Take a self defense class anyways, you never know when you might need it. I go alone, or with the wife, if I can drag her out of bed. I live in the ghetto, but no one messes with me. The most I'll get in someone staring.

Today, -412. Eat less; move more. I walk about 10 miles a day; run stairs when I don't have anything else to do. I'm not hungry. I don't want to eat 89375834758937534899 calories in a day. Half my calories today came from butter and fry sauce.

I told my doctor my feet were hurting when I was running/walking. She told me to switch to a new pair of shoes. I traded my New Balances for a pair of $12 shoes from Walmart, and I no longer have that problem. Just something to consider.

This is how it is for me 12-4, 4-8, 8-12, 12-4, 4-8, 8-12 = all split up = 200 calories per slot. I sleep through two or three slots, though, so that means if I sleep through two, I get 300 calories per slot, but if I sleep through three, I get 400 calories a slot. It's easier. So my parents would quit their *****ing! SERIOUSLY. I just went on hormones, my body is changing. I'm going to gain weight. I just got major surgery. Now, I've lost ten pounds, and still only about forty more to go, but they would not shut up!

I /want/ deep fried pickles. You have to have flour and milk, and we don't have either, so I am most likely gonna eat homemade pizza for like the fifth day in a row, but don't get me wrong, I want deep fried pickles, right now.
