Yup, sure did. I have gained 5 pounds in a week. I just can't stop when so many good treats are in front of me. Such a weakness :( I was too embarrassed to log everything. Worked out today though for the first time in 2 weeks so trying to get myself back on track.

I am hoping to start lifting soon as well. I am currently reading New Rules of Lifting for Women but haven't actually gotten to the lifting part yet...Going to check out the ChaLEAN as well...thanks :)

I too am a terrible binger. I am pretty good all day and then it all goes to h*ll. I figure if I even go over by 10 cals I am over so I may as well make it count and I can't stop myself. Last night was so bad I stopped logging. Would LOVE to be able to beat this.

I actually tried this for the first time last night (recipe from pinterest). It is AMAZING!!! Does not taste like cauliflower at all, but the raw stuff does make your house STINK. Anyway, I had a bunch left over so I made some 'Bread' tonight and even without the sauce and toppings, you can not tell it is cauliflower. So…
