Quaker makes Low Sugar Oatmeal instant packets. They have fruit varities and their good. I switched to them from regular oatmeal becasue reg would put me over my sugar limit every day.

I'm feeling pissed because I'm finally seeing some weight loss on the scale after all my hard work and now I'm getting sick because inconsiderate coworkers come to work sick. IF YOUR SICK STAY HOME PEOPLE!!! I'm going to try and stick to my eating plan and workouts even while sick.

I am on week 5. I started with the basic workout and found it to be to easy so in week 2 I switched to the Supreme workout and started with the schedule for week 3. The 30 min workouts were just not burning enough calories for me. But I love the workouts. They are fun and go by fast.

This. I measure all 3 places. i'm fairly crazy I measure my waist in three areas: smallest point, belly button, and largest point (about a inch or two under belly button). I like to know that the other areas are going down and lower belly is a tough zone for me. Keeps me excited watching the number go down lol [/quote]

I've been doing the Les Mills Combat dvd's put out by beach body. I love love love the workouts. It's really good workout for the Abs too!

I am in same boat as well. I go from 120-123 (water weight) My goal is 110. I have tried P90X, a lot of Jilian's workouts and am now doing Les Mills Combat. I recently starting weight lifting again. And from suggestions from some friends on here upped my calories to 1500. I hope this combination works for me. We shall see.…

My hubby snores too. I'm a very light sleeper. I can hear everything. Hubs says I have bat ears. Any how, he tried that mouth peice thing that supposed to help you stop snoring. I did Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack during P90X instead of Ab ripper. I really like hers because you get some cardio in there too, to burn fat. It's 30 mins and you will def feel it.

I have done P90X several times and love it. I did see huge results after my first round. Lots of toning. I just ordered combat and am really excited to try it out. My friend has brazil butt lift and I have done it a couple times but it's not as hard core as the other programs. Good luck!

Well according to this and the way I want to look my goal weight just went down another 5 lbs. So now I need to lose 17 lbs instead of 12.

I'm a South Carolina country girl. I gave up the sweet tea but can't seem to give up the beer. Although I have switched to Mich Ultra which saves me some calories and carbs :)
