I think you are making a good decision. I have an opsessive personality and it is a battle when I try to do something like this. Learning to listen to your body is a good thing. I use all online recipies my favorite is Allrecipes they figure out nut. etc Also Wholefoods has a recipe site. I am a vegetarian and they also have tons of recipes for me as well as meat.
