If there is an outside workout area that is part of the gym, you can do it there. :) You might find some people that want to do it with you as well. :)

all the calories on the packages are estimates anyway, if you are getting within 50 you could possibly be under or over every day. It is just a guide. Going over a 1000 would be something to worry about. :)

A true Cajun Jambalaya takes about 3 hours to make and is fairly healthy. its mostly a bunch of veggies boiled down with some spices and chicken/sausage/ham then you add your convectional rice and let all that good stuff soak up into it.
