IM at about a 70oz a day to ,,would love to get to be 80oz daily at least....but if i go back to my p90 in the evening the i would be at that,,,that make me so thristy during that work out,,,matter of fact im forcing myself to do that today:drinker:

i had grits today and that the same thing,,,when i make my cream of wheat its stays 100 like the package so why did the grits thing differnt i dont know??? ...hope someone can help us:huh:
