They are high, but personally I still use them for consistency, I just never eat back all my Calories.
-
Do the same but drink more water if you gotta go you gotta go!
-
Give it a couple weeks, have a day where you eat as little sodium as possible just to check its not affecting you, have a day of complete rest to see if that's not why you're holding on to water either, then drop the cals or up Cardio.
-
Yes, Weights, protein andno bulking until you get lean, if you do lack muscle you will look undersized at this point.
-
but that isn't really a binge day, probably barely takes you over Maintenance if that, its just what you should be eating.
-
I have people in Scotland and still made no real effort lol. Someone from work is going, but they like trains!
-
you would've done that already, that only ever really happens right at the beginning of working out newb gains they call it. You still have some way to go fat loss wise before thinking about gaining muscle (you could do it now but you would just put on more fat, your fears are correct) I got down to 63.5 Kg first time…

Cut the calories and do Pushups squats pull ups etc at home for those weeks, no cardio really. then get back to weights and everything else once you can make it back, 2x week of lifting will be just enough if you train hard enough. If you just try to maintain you might just gain fat as you wont be training as hard.
-
I looked at the schedules but nothing stood out so I didn't even try!

Patience and drop your Calories. All other suggestions are cool and all, but they don't actually deal with the problem, they are just doing something else while you can't get any further, there are no tricks, the last 10 pounds is just hard.
-
Just keep going don't think about it. Just hit your weekly goals and you'll continue to lose as before.
-
Didn't know you were into defying the laws of physics.
-
Well like everyone has said just keep going, you are still progressing. The Swollen Muscles is extra water, so that is part of why your weight is the same, if you eat more protein to recover and up your water you will see your muscles let that go in the form of a big loss. If you eat high sodium foods this will just make…

Are you drinking enough water? How much cheese are you actually eating? Do your muscles feel swollen?
-
You have to go way past your ideal weight to be your ideal weight anyway. Should be your walk around weight, say if you ate pizza and donuts at the weekend and didn't even go gym, that weight should be your ideal weight. I'm 5' 9, and even when I got down to 141 I wasn't really that, I trained to that, wedding food and red…

If you want more muscle, you want the cheapest protein as you need to eat more and at a surplus. If you want your muscles to look better, then you want low Cal protein so you eat enough protein while losing weight on a deficit, as you want to burn fat but keep muscle. Different goals, Toning is one or the the other…

Just do a full rounded programme of weights and Cardio, not overdoing either (as bulky legs will just retain a lot of water if you over train) and be VERY strict with your calorie counting, use your exercise calories as a buffer for your bad days, don't eat them back just because there are there. Then Patience, a lot of…

I'm 8 pounds up in an day and a half, Sodium, extra carbs, extra water, waste you haven't passed yet. Just go back to what you were doing, within 9 days you'll be where you would've been, no matter how big the binge was.

Skin off Chicken drumsticks.
-
Its not unhealthy, but a waste of your potential. You might just want to see your abs, your choice.
-
Two different goals, two different types of shake. Least calories per gram of Protein when losing weight. Cheapest when trying to gain it!
-
Yup bacically got to lose much more. Its a common thing, the weight you get down to the size you want to be is far more than the weight you need to be to lose the fat you want to shift. You should do the Strength Training, just so you maintain the shape/size you want to have once you've lost the stomach fat.
-
No simple math is if you are eating a certain amount of calories for a long period of time and you are not losing weight, you should eat less!
-
Should've taken your calories down not up a don't know why you thought more would help. Drop cals down and then go over them occasionally, not bump them up full time.
-
Bulk when you start to look undersized, Cut when you look fat. That's it. Bulking while you're still carrying a bit of timber meants you'll look fat quite quickly, you can't even see when you should stop. Start it lean you can see the progress.

The reason people feel crap at 1200 is because it doesn't feel good. Nothing to do with health or being to little, the fact that MFP states the number as its minimum means its never too little. Food makes us feel good, if you eat less you won't get that, can't be overweight and think eating less is gonna feel the same, we…

Keep going down, to about 145 ish, then bulk, as you're 18 you should get great results.
-
No its just a sign that dieting is hard, you do not get a good feeling of a nice meal when your body uses its fat reserves.
-
I'm guessing on you just mean a Protein powder with just protein in it I would suggest the Syntrax nectar like others have stated. There are some over priced proteins for women with stimulants and other things for weight loss but I'm pretty sure if you bought a mens diet protein it would have the same stuff!

Whether its a myth, a tiny amount, down to lean body mass or activity, there is an age where you start to put on pounds while doing the same thing you were doing just previously, ie what you thought was balanced, wasn't. It doesn't matter why, the OP just wants to know when it happened to YOU. If you ran did weights…
