Just this last week no weight loss. Stayed on track I weigh in on Wed. am . I let you know. they say sometimes you need to change your workout routine. Keep on track.

This is the best. I know I would have not lasted this long without this site. It is so easy to track and use. I have a long way to go and it may be slow long way, but I am in for the long haul. Thank you MyFitnessPal.

First 9 lbs of many to lose. but I look at it this way it has been 30 days and they are 9lbs less I had 30 days ago, I it great to know other people are there if you need a boost or a little pep talk every now and then.
