Yes logging in it is all those just one days that got me to were I am today, Logged in about 60 days so far 13 lbs not sure on inches. But this was not easy and don;t want to risk the chance and going back to old habits. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

I would just like to be able to go into a store and have the option to buy normal size clothes. Just like everybody else does.

That's great I recently started run/walk/jogging trying for a 5k in Dec. It is a great feeling. I try to tell myself it is only a little futher and it will be over and the the next thing you know you have done it. Keep up the good work.
