dang girl, that is awesome. i lost 12 lbs but i could have lost more if i had behaved more. i got in a car accident and i'm working towards getting back on track. hard to do when it feels better to pick up food than cook. thanks for the motivation everyone.

we took a cruise out of Galveston, Texas and went to Cancun, Cozumel, Belize and Honduras. the best time of my life. would like to go to several places people mentioned here.

i am 5'4". i am just out of 170's and excited to be in the 160's now. i am hoping to get to 135-140. it hasn't been so easy to make progress during the holidays.
