I once drank and ate 9 lbs right before a weigh in for a biggest loser contest. it hurt but it was nice when I had dropped 15lbs on the first weigh in my car weighs a lot of calories

so does this mean I can't dress like a stripper at the gym anymore. I thought people liked it

I'm having a hard time thinking of a new years resolution this year because it's usually to get in better shape. but this year I'm already doing it. maybe this year it's time to learn how to juggle.

for me it skipping breakfast and lunch and then having a huge dinner. when I lose a loved one I tend to spend more time at the gym or walking. the same goes for when I'm stressed and so on. I gain more during the good times because that's when I drink more beer with friends.

I watch the weights I am about to go to next, thinking "you're next" and so on. sometimes I watch the silly cool kids that flex in every mirror and make sure the girls see them doing it.
