Age: 35 height 6' SW 400+ CW : 319 GW: 250- with my build 250 is a good weight at 6', most people guess my weight at around 250 now. last time I weighed 250 people guessed that I weighted 180ish.

I usually just go for land shark or just drink less. ok what I really do is eat less or workout more if I know I'll be drinking

congrats. that is awesome. I am training to be a runner again too. I have a 5k in two weeks that I'm not ready for but I'm going to do it anyways.

Beer is not something I want to give up to lose weight, yeah if I drank less I would lose faster but then I would gain some back because of my love affair with beer. so I'm going for the slow and steady loose while still living the life I want to live. but I really should cut back on it during the week :drinker:

The real problem is I just found a wrestling partner but have no way to contact her.

The only reason I can thing of is how embarrassing it is when you're at the gym lifting and you have a few friends there and you're bragging about how awesome you are and all the "hard work" lifting to get to where you can lift so much. and then it happens..... some big guy walks up and asked if your done with those, you…
