Get a buddy/group and work on the Couch to 5K program together!! It's only a few days a week, and having a group to do it with means you will be held accountable. The workouts are short and simple, and will keep you from doing too much too fast.

Try them in a crockpot with a can of cola. The acid helps to emulsify and tenderize. I tend to add too much salt, though.

I got this FR too.... I laughed, showed my husband, flexed, and then blocked the guy. I will take 'you're hot' because it's an observation. One that I don't get all that often, haha. But when you throw in action words like 'let's sext'? I will block you, close my blinds, and hide my good silverware...

I drink coffee and eat a bowl of oatmeal about an hour before a long run -- the coffee generally helps me with my 'pre-run dump' (love that term).
