I'm not paranoid about CPS or the police so I'd call. If it's innocent their doctor will know, the kid will be able to confirm it, etc. If it's not you probably just saved a kid's life. Then again, it could be a poor kid. Then perhaps it's better if they just die right?

We moved from MI to AZ. My inlaws lived in MI and kept asking when we were "moving back home" even though we bought another house in AZ.
