After taking a look at your (very empty) diary, I'd suggest making sure you're consistent with logging your calories, no matter how shameful. That will give you the best view of your consumption and why you're not losing. Eating Burger King and logging it for two meals but skipping breakfast and no snacks is no good or fun…

I like "hubby" and will likely use it when I marry. My boyfriend and I have so many nicknames for eachother and he told me straight up he looked forward to the day we get those terms of endearment. To each their own.

My pleasure! :flowerforyou:

Everyone has abs sweetheart, and they start to show when you have low bodyfat regardless of how you got there. [/quote] Yes they do... However their are alot of "skinny" people who are skinny with no abs because they have no muscle. Low body fat helps you get their and it is critical and the number one thing to start…

Most of the people posting on this thread are stuck-up jerks that need to realize not EVERYONE can lose weight the SAME WAY. No one has the perfect recipe; it's what works for you, your belief system and your lifestyle so drop the attitudes! :explode:  With that said, starvation mode or no starvation mode, the general…

This. My prom was an amazing night and without an ounce of alcohol. Aside from that, enjoy yourself. Once in a lifetime experiences call for enjoyment.

The moment I read the scale at 197.8lbs. :noway: My highest ever. I was determined to NEVER make it to 200, so here I am!

Your opinion is invaluable because it has no structure. Protein is amazing! It keeps me full and helps my muscles recover from rough workouts!

Wow! You have an absolutely beautiful transformation. Amazing. :flowerforyou:

I consume at least 1,400 calories on days that I don't exercise. I try not to go over but it does happen sometimes, though usually not by much. On days that I do exercise, it kind of depends. I generally find that when I eat at home more, it's harder for me to consume those exercise calories back (the meals I make…

I have measured the inches! I've lost roughly 2.5 inches in my waist, 1.5 in my hips, gained an inch in my thighs (They're slimming but the muscle is gaining!) and lost .5 inch in my booty! Thank you!

Every two weeks is my average! I obsess if I do it weekly or more than that. :blushing:
-
You're my inspiration! Today was my first jog/run and it was a 16 minute mile. I hope that in a few weeks I'll have the endurance you have! You rock! :flowerforyou:

Thanks so much!

You can't get rid of stretch marks. They'll always be there, for the rest of your life. Embrace them. :flowerforyou: With that said, if you want to help them fade from the purple-red that they start out to be to a mild silvery skin tone color, BioOil has already given me a little bit of results after a few weeks. Good luck!

Thanks everyone! I feel so inspired. It's an amazing feeling to know so much has changed already and I still have a lot of work to do!

Victoria's Secret yoga pants!

If you want to learn how NOT to safely practice bondage and S&M, read those books. Otherwise, do some research.

This. Many of your points are valid but you come off as rude, all-knowing and generally unpleasant. I will eat an In 'N Out burger if I want to, I will converse and spend time with "fat people" and I will have a treat day every week. And I will lose the weight.

The ULTIMATE NSV! :flowerforyou: I'm so happy for you I almost cried! Congratulations, beautiful!

Thank you for sharing. This really touched me, as I've been planning on trying to go for a run and get into it. Thank you again. :flowerforyou:

This. All other opinions are now invalid.

THIS. Keep in mind people, those men have already made more in the past than you'll make in a lifetime. Haters will hate. I love them, forever.

My boyfriend is a hairy beast and I would find him to be totally ridiculous. He'd have to shave hourly. I don't judge any man that does though. Especially for sport. But I do wonder why would you do it if you don't have to!?

The only thing you can do is use a moderate amount of vitamin E oil and a lotion with cocoa butter. It will reduce them slightly but they'll always be there. No worries, EVERYONE has them.

I can attest that it really does work. My stamina has increased SO much. I've been doing it sporadically for the last three weeks but now that finals are over, I'm on day three (level one doesn't phase me anymore, so I strictly do level two). I love it so much. I'm not ready to post my results yet, but after looking…
