No .. But I always chase my two cats around the house. They both love to play tag and take turns with me. I'll chase one, tag him or her and run off. They'll chase me, tag me, and take off. It's a blast. I love animals.

Thank you so much! I had no idea about McDonald's and those are some amazing tips! I really appreciate it. Since quitting my job, my headaches have lessened but are still occasionally there and sometimes it's difficult to assess why it keeps happening. It probably is caused by my ranch addiction.

You need to figure out what it is that is bothering you. Dairy items? Gluten? Food should not make you feel sick, unless you binge. It shouldn't. It should give you energy and make you feel good, inside and out. The food choices you are making are good but you need to be eating a lot more. You are dangerously borderline…

You're amazing, enough said. :flowerforyou:

Me too girl! I'm right there with you. I've lost 1.1lb in one week as well as .4in off of my arms (I haven't measured the rest and won't until the end of the month!) A sweater I bought back in September was way too snug in the arms and now it fits great! I love Jillian.

As someone who has never worked out in her life prior to this year, soreness is absolutely normal until you gain and build some strength and stamina. You just need to push past it and work through it, but make sure you listen to your body. If it's too much, listen and take a rest day. But if it's the kind of soreness that…

This.

What they said!

I'm 191lbs and I burnt an average of 280 - 300 on level one when I first tried it and now (I'm more fit) I burn an average of 200 - 240 doing it. I have the Polar FT4 HRM. Best thing I've ever bought.

My boyfriend totally gloats about it. He loves that I work out (he's always singing "Sexy (and I Know It)" and replaces "I work out" with "she work out" haha. And he loves that I'm losing weight and he shows me off. Your hubby and you need to have a good, long talk about it but in the long run it's his insecurity. Why…

Thank you for this! As a severe asthmatic about to begin the Couch to 5k, these are great tidbits. :flowerforyou:

What they said! I've done a rest day every other day simply because of how busy life has been this week. Whether it's laziness, lack of motivation, injury or a hectic lifestyle, you are accountable for you and it only matters that you dust yourself off and keep on going. You're not the only one! :flowerforyou:

I know you don't like running but I'm doing the Shred right now and I'm beginning the Couch to 5k program this morning. I hate running but I'm hoping to change that! I want runners' legs.

I would like to say, I am a RECOVERING DUCKFACER. I only do it when I'm drunk now. Like in this picture. I'm the one in the middle obviously.

LMFAO. THIS.

Way to go doll! I think it's wonderful that you put it out there to to the universe and it's even better than you took control of it. Awesome! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

Right there with you! I'm beginning level two tomorrow as well! My caloric burn is much less than it should be and I'm bored.
-
Day 8 complete! I'm really disappointed by my caloric burn. It's taking a lot more for me to be able to even reach 240 - I think I'm going to skip to level two. When I FIRST tried 30DS in May, I burned 284 on average doing level one and it killed me until I was capable of level two. I must still have some built…

Hiking is the BEST ever! I am so in love with it. Absolutely. I fell in love with it last year after a visit to Yosemite. The air, the sights, the sounds, the smells, the invigorating feel of climbing something only to look down at the BEAUTIFUL landscape below, knowing YOU JUST ACCOMPLISHED THAT! Ahhh I'm so excited for…

If I lie to them, I lie to myself and I don't get results. I do hide my diary if I'm having a particularly off few weeks, though. It isn't that I'm ashamed, it's just that I'm self-aware of my lack of success in the nutrition department and don't need to be told by someone else that I'm failing.

But look at your LEGS! Trade?

.. *shuffles off to change profile picture* Kidding, mine is for my shirt, bahaha. I say to each their own. Boobs are boobs.

Wonderful! Thank you everyone. I will definitely look up those videos for this afternoon! (.. in fact, I think my mother has the Tae Bo one .. hmm) Wanda, I've been doing leg lifts but I have no idea why it hasn't occurred to me to do them to the sides as well! Thank you! :flowerforyou: Amy, thank you - I love…

Bump.

MyFitnessPal often overestimates or is near what my average burn is. It depends on the type of exercise but it is a rough estimate that many say is based on a person of average weight. A Heart Rate Monitor that has a chest strap has the best results. I personally use a Polar FT4 which I love.

I feel stronger today on day six but I'm coming down with a cold so I feel weaker. I know that doesn't make sense but it's true! Way to go everyone! :flowerforyou:

This one really wore me out. I only did two-thirds of it and I became a noodle. I'm coming down with a chest cold so this week is going to be rough. I still gave it my all though. Way to go guys!

I honestly just listen to my body. I'm on day five of thirty and I took a rest on day four. If your body is genuinely too exhausted to go again the next day, nourish it and rest! If you've got the energy and you feel that it's within your grasp, go for it and do it! It's all about listening to what your muscles and bones…
