First I'd pay off my student loans... Then, I would live as if I made $3000 per month and have all of those kids I want! Crossing my fingers it will happen someday.

It took me years of feeling like that before I was finally ready to stick with it. It will be much more difficult to do (as you have experienced) if you aren't fully in it. You have to want it for yourself and have reasons and goals to be able to keep going. If the cupcakes are more enticing right now, there are probably…

You have the ability to move. You want a change in your life anyway. I don't see why not. Even if it doesn't work with him, you'll have the experience of living somewhere new and making a big decision about your own life as an adult. Succeed or fail, you will learn a lot about yourself by making that leap.

It's not a diet diet. It's just for celiac disease or other specific health problems. People often gain weight while on it if that's all they do. No need to do it if your body doesn't have a bad reaction to gluten.

Ri30 has some good hamstring stretches in there... I was having the same problem, but I decided to do extra stretches throughout the day from the video for it and after I took a rest day, I noticed a major change. I'm now more flexible than I was before I started.

Yay! I'm not the only one who doesn't like the elliptical. I always said it didn't feel natural to me. My friends thought I was just being silly. My body just doesn't quite move that way. I haven't been to a gym in awhile, but if I do, I'll try the stairs. (My favorite thing at the gym is the rowing machine)

I want to lose about 12 lbs by the end of June. We'll see if it happens!

Wow! You look amazing! You're getting a lot of definition. It's obvious you're building muscle and it looks great on you.

Reading the first part of that story was pretty horrifying, but I loved the ending!!! You can only thank the crappy date for that.

I like blonde and redhead guys with green eyes (because I have blonde hair and green eyes)... but my amazingly wonderful boyfriend has brown hair and brown eyes. I used to tease him about it, but I don't mind one bit :) I do wish I had red hair. I dyed it before and loved it.

I'm having the same problem, though mine didn't start as big as yours, but the shape is disappointing! I liked how they looked when I was bigger! I want a lift, but I'll probably just wait until I'm in my 40s or 50s. I know they'll look bad then if they look deflated at 25!

I currently have a 28 in. waist, but would like it to be 25-26. Though, I do think it's more important for me to focus on my belly since that isn't shrinking so much compared to my natural waist. It would be nice to lose another 4 inches or so off of there. I don't really care if I lose more from anywhere else. Toning up…

Looks like we're having plateaus at the same weight. I'm right around 140 and I've been staying within a few lbs for awhile and can't seem to break through. Just going to keep working at it. Good luck!
-
Thank you guys :). I'll just keep at it and make sure to exercise and try not to worry too much until next week. I went from 139 to 144. I WILL get back in the 130s!

It doesn't sound to me like the marriage counseling is working all that well if he's blaming you for everything. I know the issue you're seeing is that 19 year old, but IMO, it's not the primary issue. Boundaries need to be set for all 4 people in the house. A family meeting might get the ball rolling. Lay out rules and…

I was eating 1200 for over a year and lost a lot. I kind of plateaued, so I upped it to 1370 by switching my goal to lose 1 lb/week on mfp (I had forgotten it was still set on 2). But this website says my BMR is 1469 and I should eat ~2184/day? I would love that, but it kind of freaks me out since I've gained a bit in the…

I didn't read through all of the comments, but I wanted to know how your fiance treats you? If those kids are using him as someone to model their behavior by and he is getting angry with you for how his son treats you.... Is he supportive and caring with you?

I agree with you- especially the last part. People criticizing me made me upset, which made me eat more and resent them. I have only been able to lose weight by being happy with myself and knowing the people around me love me for who I am and don't just love me if I get skinny. OP- that's important, take some of these…

I do the same thing! I then have to try to explain to them that I'm not actually telling them they look feminine- I just don't like the word handsome.

I just started Ripped in 30... In the intro she says 5-6 days/week and rest days are important. I'm not sure what she says on 30DS, but a lot of people just do the 30 days straight.

I'm dealing with that right now. It generally makes me get all upset at the scale, but I'm doing better about it since I know it's just water weight (the silly looking pot belly even though my hipbones are showing proves that). Plus, if you're eating normally and put on 3-4 lbs in a day or two, it's pretty obvious that it…

I've noticed some foods that I know contain potassium don't actually have it on the nutrition labels or aren't on some of the options when I log my food. I love lima beans, but one brand I buy doesn't even show the option of potassium on the label, but they definitely have it. I think I'll go have some right now :)

I'm close to a couple people who have had it. They both have digestive issues and one has had lots and lots of kidney stones because of it (Though losing 130 ish lbs was a wonderful thing for her). I'd much rather feel the muscle pain of working out than internal stuff that'd be going on. People also need to keep in mind…

I'm 25... I'm not quite as interactive with my friends on here as I'd like to be, but feel free to add me :)

^^^I'm the same way. Everything in moderation. I know if I cut all of the stuff out I love, I won't be able to maintain it. I've had random cake cravings for like two months. When I have things like that, I make sure to only take one serving and work it into my day. I think that allowing myself to do that lets me know that…

At the moment, I'm 38/28/38. Around when I started (I didn't really measure until I'd lost 10-15 lbs) I was about 45/38/45. I quite like that I've lost more in my waist, though I'm still trying to get rid of that stubborn belly. I don't want to lose more on my chest or hips, even though I'm sure I will. But I would like to…
