I have no doubt you can do it. I'd never been a size 4 in my life until now. I'm way smaller than I was in high school. I also felt like I moved through the size 10 pretty quickly as I lost. Even if you make it to a 6 instead of a 2 by this reunion, I'm sure you'll be one of the most fit people there :)

Definitely take a before picture. I wish I'd taken some specifically for that purpose so I could really compare. Also take before measurements. The before and after pictures are about 16 months apart for those who asked. I plateaued around 185 and 140 for a couple months each if I remember right.

I am none of those things, but I often eat organic food and I'm also vegetarian. I guess it doesn't count because I don't necessarily seek it out.

When I last renewed it (in 2009) I changed it to 180 from 150 so I wasn't lying too much since I was about 195. I gained more after that, but now I'm about 137 and it still says 180. The 150 was wishful thinking in the first place. I know I already weighed more than that since I wasn't 12 when I got my license.

I haven't actually cut anything out of my diet, but I eat a lot less "bad" high calorie stuff than before because that just means I can't eat more food throughout the day. I like wrangler butt tight (just not wranglers. They make butts look oblong). I'm a fan of snug bootcut Levis on a cowboy with nice big muscular thighs. I do despise little boy looking skinny jeans, though.

It goes by percentage since that's how nutrition labels have it. So 100% is the daily recommended intake. I try to go for 200-300% since I have iron issues. Doesn't work for me. I've tried curling up, heating pad, walking/exercising, advil, midol, etc... The only thing that works when they get bad is a muscle relaxer. I'm pretty close to obsessed with it as I am with the scale. It's crazy how much the measurements can change with fluctuations in water weight, etc. I just do it several times a week out of curiosity, not because I feel it makes any difference in measuring the weight loss. I'll compare them every couple months.
