The best part for me was also the jumping around in your little skirt. I was all WOO-HOO YOU GO GIRL, but then I started getting all teary-eyed at the marriage got stronger bit. Tears of joy for you and I don't even know you!

Hi there! My first time starting the Shred I could barely walk for 3 days after. It was pretty discouraging. It wasn't at all like that good pain that lets you know you did a good job. It was JUST pain. I've stopped and started the program at least 5 times. I always got lazy/bored/whatever and gave up, BUT tomorrow is day…

just added to my shopping list. Thank you; can't wait to try. I've been craving alfredo for, I don't know...almost 2 years :)

Wonderful!!!! My fiancé kicked me in the butt Monday and said, "Let's go work out." So WE did. I was impressed. Tonight, he looked at my food diary and decided I needed to have protein shake to get close to hitting my macros and commented that I (WE) needed to eat less sodium laden foods. It's so nice when they get…

Right there with you. This thread is a joy to read!

That sounds great. I take sandwiches to work most days, but can't really do anything that involves microwaving. Mine has to stay good in foil. Sometimes I have to eat in the bathroom. Sounds gross, I know, LOL. I'm a waitress and I don't get scheduled breaks even if I'm working a 13 hour shift. Most days, I eat a Special K…

Hey, OP, feel free to friend me...sounds like we have a lot in common. I rarely see my boyfriend. Same as you. We try to be healthy together..but separately. It's very tough.

Replying just because this is also my struggle. I have a similar schedule, but I have to be there at 2 versus 3:30. The only thing that worked for me was making myself get up at 10 am. I had coffee, breakfast, facebook, and MFP til 11:30 at the latest and then did my video (jillian Michaels 30DS). That left me enough time…

I don't know. I got one last Christmas. It wasn't bulky, I never noticed it really. It was fun for a while tracking my sleep and everything like others mentioned, but it seemed like more of a novelty to me. I probably didn't use it how I was supposed to. It stays in a drawer now. I say if you're going to be diligent about…

I have some boiling with corned beef right now. YUM. Lots of sodium, but the calories aren't too bad. Going to add some potatoes later, of course. One of our favorite Sunday meals. Also, reserving some of the leaves for cabbage rolls later in the week.

I saw a recipe for Reuben Dip on allrecipes.com that I'm going to try. Looks yummy!

I didn't read all the responses so this might be a repeat sorry. Anyway, my man makes Kale Soup which has become my favorite soup of all time Kale Kielbasa potatoes season LOL, I know it's so vague, but if you do a search for Portuguese Kale Soup you should be able to find a great recipe. Sorry I don't have more detail. I…

Wow, you're off to a GREAT start. I think you have a great plan! I've been here over a year and I'm still struggling to make exercise a regular part of my day. I can't stress to you enough how much I want you to do better than I have. I feel confident that if I were to have been exercising this whole time, along with…

I tried it about a month before I started here. I experienced zero side effects and zero results. The only value I found in it was I was finally "doing" something about my weight. Of course I wasn't really doing anything at all except finally realizing I had a problem I needed to deal with.

"Don't be a little penis!" Oh gosh, I'm dying right now. All of the flip side videos we watched had the boyfriend and me cracking up. Thanks for sharing!

Well done! You look fabulous!

I envy you.

I'm just getting back into MFP. I never left the site, but I haven't been logging for months really. So far, I've logged everything today. I'm just left with dinner now. It feels good, first to admit that I haven't been doing it and then to take the steps to get back into it.

I have an active job, but when I'm home, I want to SIT. I'm good exercising for about a week and then I lose it again. Maybe that's why at 30 pounds lost my body still looks like crap and I still feel like crap.

When going DOWN stairs is equally as hard or even harder than going up.

I'm almost at week 2 of trying to quit, but I'm using the Nicoderm CQ patch. I'm experiencing things similar to you. I can't sleep through the night and I'm getting the night sweats too. When I do sleep, I wake up from crazy dreams/nightmares. I'm hot almost all the time now, like super hot like I can't breathe. It sucks.…

I'd like to hear opinions on where the line is also. I'm not married, but in a serious relationship. I'm a waitress and I flirt with my customers. Sometimes I wonder if I take it, or if I let them take it too far.
-
I admit it, yeah, I take that into account.

DOVE. The stuff is good. It doesn't irritate me like some other ones. I don't feel like I'm sacrificing anything. I'm dry and I smell fresh, not perfume-y. DO IT. DO IT.

I've seriously wondered this same thing. I DO record it, but I've considered not doing so. This doesn't happen to me like it used to though. I guess eating healthier and getting enough fiber has made a difference.
