I did 30DS everyday for 30 days and really toned up. Not so much weight loss but great results other wise. 20lbs in 30 days doesn't seem to realistic or healthy hun.

I just picked my dress up last weekend! I still love it even after waiting 4.5 months for it. I was actually wearing it around the house yesterday when everyone was gone! Im getting a cold/sore throat and I just finished working out, feeling better! I guess it depends on how sick you are and what you have. Sometimes our bodies need the rest other times we just suck it up and work through it. Hope you feel better.

I'm 37 5'6" and 124lbs. I would rather be a little thinner and healthier. Wrinkles..big deal unless your trying to hide your age, then get Botox or fillers.

Just finished 30DS! I will probably do Ripped next. I like to do workouts on my treadmill a couple times a week, varying the incline% and speed throughout the workout.I just bought some heavier weights to start lifting with as well.

Christ I'm all over the board with my cals! On Sat I was OVER 998 cals due to a huge bag of dill pickle doritos that jumped into my mouth late at night. Day 29 Level 3 Done! It seems so odd to me that we are done the 30 days tommorrow! We all have done such a wonderful job of sticking to it no matter what has come in our way over the 30 days! :drinker: Are we posting results tommorrow or day after?:wink:
