I would love to know the answer to this as well! Congrats on the weightloss on your own. PCOS has been difficult for me and I feel like no matter how much I work out and how focused I am on eating I cant lose a dang pound. I am going to add you as a friend if you dont mind.

mmmm I am eating some right now but I didnt make it so cant tell you what is in it. I prefer roasting it in the oven with a little EVOO and then some seasoning. I top it with some mixed veggies and low carb marinara sauce. The one i am eating now has pinenuts, roasted roma tomato, feta, and a little seasoning.

I remember what I looked like being thin but there are two things I know. I will never look like that again. I was an athlete but I also know I do not want to look like that again. I want to totally reinvent myself and no matter how hard it is I try to focus on the present and the future instead of the past.

Swimming is my favorite cardio workout, you wouldnt believe how much of a workout you get!

Most people are too scared to get into a pool but it really does work. I dont care if I am making an *kitten* of myself or not! It really is the only way I have been able to condition by knee. I had to one day just say f it I dont care what people think of me in a swim suit. Hopped in the pool and never looked back!

All I can say is swim swim swim. I have had multiple knee surgeries and this is a must to build your strength back up. You can even run in the pool. Just swim!

I have always been told by my doctor that even just a little light exercise while sick can help you get better more quickly. I would start of slow and see how much you can do.

I would definitely try to get into the pool as much as possible. It will really help build you up. I swim often and it helps with my back and knees. I can not do normal excercise. Feel free to add me if you would like.

I find it so weird that people say they are insanely hungry after swimming. On days I swim it takes me hours before I can eat again. Just the thought of food makes me ill. I would just start with basic strokes and work your way up. I swim freestyle down the lane and backstroke back up it. I alternate to try and work more groups of muscles. A lot of people dont cook it right or over cook. It is a great substitute in any meat dish and we use the quorn chicken for fajitas. You have to make it the flavor you want. It absorbs any flavor you add to it. After browning it let it simmer in tomato sauce and it makes an excellent sauce.
