Sometimes medications are the real way due to medical conditions and circumstances so dont discount medications completely - and thankfully the more compliant the patient, the quicker they can come off those medications. I work with over 300 physicians professionally... so I definitely see the justified cases on a daily…

Oh man.. if you are truly exercising as much as you post in your OP, you are definitely not eating enough food - period! Time to eat!!! Ive got some food porn planned - youre welcome to come over for dinner? LOL!!!!!

Fresh made stock Fresh herbs pulverized to a fine powder to flavor the water

Personally - I believe the key to perfectly baked bread is to use the grain itself - pulverize it at home into a powder and use it from there. No chemicals, no preservatives, bleaches, etc. There is a restaurant in Connecticut (If I remember correctly) that pulverizes their own whole wheat to make their pancakes.. and its…

There are different formulas thats why. MFP will give you a number based on what data you enter in.

I would definitely suggest get the word in now as Dermatologists tend to book up really fast. The Derma can take into consideration your diet, your current health, any prescription medications, current medical health problems, etc. There is alot of research involving the affects of dairy with acne, also women with PCOS,…

I do plenty of bulk cooking - today as a matter of fact, Im due to hit the grocery store and come home to get busy. I make everything in advance: 10# meatballs, individual meatloaves, pre-pat my own burgers, make marinades for chicken, turkey, pork and beef, make season-rubs for pork butt, roasts, whole roaster chickens…

Have you consulted with a Dermatologist?

For us, Tilapia is something we would prefer either steamed or a light sautee. Its extremely thin so its going to cook uber-fast. I make a Tequila-Lime marinade (1800, fresh juice/zest of two limes, gahhhhlic, sea salt, black pepper, cumin, rosemary, cajun seasonings), and marinate the fish. Medium-high heat, Ill cook up…

Took a good solid week for my body to adjust to the elimination of breads, pasta, rice, corn, flour - I have medical conditions that warranted this move. And its the best damn thing I have done for my cardiac health! Ive been off soda now for well over 12 years... this was the best thing I have ever done! It was a BAD…

Yup.... you need to consider being evaluated by a physician who can see you in person and get a complete history of signs and symptoms from you. Medical advice is better obtained from seeing the physician. MFP is not a medical resource nor does it offer actual medical advice for injuries, symptoms, etc... Good luck!!!

Im going to second this post as it is spot-on. You are consuming way too many junk/fast-food type items, I see fast food restaurant beverages listed, no real meals, no real vegetables, real proteins, etc. The Eat More 2 Lose More concept is that you are not eating below your BMR, but you are in fact consuming 15% less than…

Hi Mari!!! I sent you a PM from the other group's topic of discussion... Just found you here. OK... first things first: Your symptoms are a direct result of your dietary intake. Unfortunately you have locked up your diary and I do not have access to checking things out to see what you have been documenting. Are you…
-
Kvalmera - if you are open to suggestions of your diary, please think about it. I do have plenty of suggestions that will help you. I can definitely see why you have not been able to get rid of those triggers and its definitely involving the food choices you are willingly making for yourself.... I will gladly help but will…

First things first - the struggle you are having can easily be avoided by telling your husband, he needs to get his own fast food if you are to remain dedicated to the low-carb intake that you chose for yourself. Your husband asking to get this puts you in a very vulnerable position and that is unfair of him to ask you to…

Two perfectly poached eggs in a sea-salt/vinegar water solution. A slice of fresh baked ham (the real stuff, not cured), homemade hollandaise, fresh herbs on top and freshly steamed spinach... splash of tabasco goes very nicely with this dish... ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh so good!

If you were to actually prepare a meal from real foods, it is very easy to record that information. You are actually causing your weight loss efforts to be compromised if you dont log accurately.... Definitely consider putting forth the effort... it does make a difference 8-)

You have to enter the individual ingredient to your account's food list. And then, once that is entered, you can go to the recipe section, and select that newly entered food.

My suggestion would be to avoid "name brand" meals. I agree, regular mayonnaise would be much better. Be very aware of the salt in those name-brand meals that I do see. Consider actually making your meals from scratch that you need to prepare. It makes a much bigger difference. BTW - that McDonalds burger patty - I dont…

Im a firm and dedicated lover of all that is herbs and spices. I have a pantry-cabinet devoted to a cornucopia of spices. I grow my own fresh herbs when in season, and keep my own stash in the fridge during the winter months. Make your own seasoning rubs for meats ahead of time.... Marinades - VERY easy to do... Ill…

.... its rather fascinating how others outside of our group often think we are killing ourselves eating the several pounds of bacon per day, the blocks of cheese and the 3lb'er steaks... Assumptions definitely make themselves look like an.........****quickly reminds herself of the MFP rule anal-retentive individual... HA!…

If you are not following Atkins' method, I would definitely say this is a safe method of making a gradual adjustment. You may not experience the full head-related impact of carb-detoxification which will be a good thing. Consider the 100g per day concentrating more on vegetables, light on the fruits (berries are the best…

Im curious - why would you give up on your previous account as RylansMommy12? Its a shame, you had alot of really good people helping you out.

Good to see you came back - I remember you under Rylansmommy12.... If you can no longer afford internet - how will you access youtube.com?

Speaking as someone who in fact, works in healthcare, I commend you for listening to your body's alarms and getting checked out. Knowing your family history is also good ammunition to prevent anything for your own individual health as well. Stress is a nasty beast of burden... That witch can do some interesting things...…

I think had you made it specific in your first post to start the thread, the suggestions would have been better - so please understand its no one's fault for offering ideas that were based off of what they read. Is your mom under the care of an RD as well? Im surprised they didnt give your mother the necessary information…

Lard is pork belly, so therefore bacon grease is all inclusive (and such a lovely fat if I do say so myself)... Tallow also encompasses sheep fat as well.

I have been really into 'Human beatbox' ... that has been really hitting the spot for me.... upbeat tempos and its got such a great motivating rhythm as well!

Have you ventured over to iTunes? I love how you can listen to samples before purchasing.... I love Indie music!!!!
