In my opinion it doesn't make a difference. The only perk is burning more calories in a less amount of time but hey if you have time I'd just walk. I'm a fan of walking myself.

lol i am a fan of kendra. i just think she is so funny. she is like that in the dvd too. she seems to get tired just like us. i don't know if it's for show or not but i don't care. lol. she's funny. i don't know about having her body though..i wish. haha. i'm only on day 1 so we'll see what happens. ;)

really? i put it down as circuit training on my log since that's what people do for the jillian michaels dvd. it said in 32 minutes i burned 343 calories?! (i don't have an hrm) that seems like a bit much since my treadmill says i burn 150 calories for 30 minutes! i don't know but i'm going to keep at it and see what…

And trust me I have A LOTTTTT of workout Dvd's that I've just tried once and now they're collecting dust. This is definitely worth the buy. i woud say yes i've lost 40 lbs before (gained 60 lbs though) and i ate anything i wanted as long as it was within my calorie limit and i exercised and i personally think dairy is good for you and it's good to get your craving out of the way as long as you don't go overboard and end up overeating there are low calorie ice…

my face which is kind of a good thing since i need to get rid of the chin but not good b/c i have 60 lbs to lose and by the time it's gone my face won't look right i've been 120 before and my face didn't look good i'm going to re-evaluate my goals at 130

Great job You've accomplished so much already! Have you upped (is that even a word? lol) your workouts or anything to get out of the slump? I cannot wait to see the scale read at least 167 .... #'s 169 & 168 don't count because it always lingers back to 170's lol

i'm 5'3 and my goal is 125-130 i've been 120 before and i looked kinda sickly so i'm going to hit 130 and see where i go from there

i'm also 5'3 i was 182 and i think my bmi was 32.2 and now i'm at 177 and it's at 31.4 so i'm in the obese category too until i reach 169.4 it sucks
