I know how you feel. My husband is very supportive and doesn't offer me bad foods that I choose not to eat BUT he will still eat them. Like this morning I didn't want pizza but he ordered it for himself and son. I ate a bologna sandwich and cottage chese. I felt great but it was still hard.

hi! i'm one week down too! i've only lost 1.2 lbs though. it's weird since i've worked out 6 days this week. and i've been under calorie limit. no pop. no candy. no fast food. lots of water. ridiculous.

that's great i'm doing 2.5-3 (it varies) walks on the treadmill for 30 minutes :) so your story gives me hope

i'm only at 180 but i've been doing the treadmill for 7 days and it gets easier every day

Ohhh, I watch Biggest Loser too and their workouts are intense. They lose a butt-load of weight though. *Jealous* lol

I agree Since Jan 1 I've lost 1.2 :( I've also worked out every day except one day and done great with calorie intake. No pop. No candy. No fast food. :/ We can do this though.

i double up. i wear a sports bra. and then a regular bra over top. ;)

you should change that last goal to 11/11/11. i don't know. just beacuse. lol. lunges are hard for me. it kills my knees.

I don't know what's going on. I've exercised every day this year except one day for 30 minutes at the least and staying under my calorie limit. No candy. No pop. Lots of water. Jan 1 = 182 Jan 7 = 180.8 :/

the first place i lose weight is my face which is good in a way because i want rid of my extra chin but then again it's not good because i've got 60 lbs to lose so once i hit my goal my face will look sick and i know this because i've lost 40 lbs before and got to 120 lbs and my face looked horrible

i've been exercising every day this year except one day and i've only went from 182-179.8 it flucuates i'm so mad too we can do this though! maybe not 10 lbs though :/ ugh

my routine is doing the treadmill 30 minutes per day 6 days a week at 3 speed for walking half the time and 3.5 speed for running the other half with an incline randomly changing which ranges from 2-7 i drip with sweat lovin it! minus the sweatiness ;)

yes and i'm also rooting for the girl on the aqua team who has lost weight prior to coming on the show and the blonde girl on the green team she can burn it up on the treadmill i would have been passing out after just 2 minutes on running i record the show on my dvr too beause my husband is usually watching something, plus…
