thanks everyone. yes anyone can join..i don't mind at all i've not weighed myself in a few days since it's TOM but i'll be weighing either tomorrow or over the weekend i doubt i'll be out of the 170's but hopefully i'll be much closer to the 170 mark :)

great idea everyone! i never thought of doing a 'last chance' workout for this. i'm new to watching biggest loser and saw them talking about it too. it's TOM for me... BUT I have been doing 45 minutes on the treadmill instead of 30 the past two days!:)

I've noticed that the numbers on here are low too when I log my exercise On my treadmill it says I burn at least 20-50 (it varies) more calories than when I enter it on MFP the only true way to tell is to get an HRM i suppose :/

thanks everyone!!! :) do you think i'd be pushing it if i continued doing 45 everyday now? i'm on week 2 of my weight loss journey. or maybe switching it up. 30 one day and then 45 the next?

i would say reward yourself with some new clothes or if you have a hobby then reward yourself with that. some of my rewards would be new clothing, new nail polish, cell phone covers, etc lol:) edit: yeah i forgot to mention A NEW BIKINI ... wow ... that reminds me i've not wore a bikini since probably 2006 or 2007

Yeah I'm not a fan of diet pills either and I'm not sure why she sells them other than to just get more money But I do love her too and I am new to watching Biggest Loser I'm ready for the new episode that is coming on tonight I've already programmed it in my Dvr just in case something happens ;)

thanks! i actually don't think she looked all that bad. changing her clothes would have helped a lot. lol. walmart.com has her "winning by losing" book for only $6.79 btw. which is much cheaper than amazon or ebay.

i'm not to my one month yet. i've been doing this since jan 1 and i've lost 3.6 lbs :) my goal is 5 lbs for the month though

Yeah I think I was being too hard on myself This morning I was at 178.6 So from Jan 1 that's a 3.4 lb loss Regardless of the 3 of the scale (I'm not losing inches yet) I still feel better when I exercise :)

Thanks everyone. Yes I have noticed that after a few days I'm getting less hungry as I usually am. I also get full faster with smaller meals rather than having to have a huge meal. I'm someone though who "food makes me happy". So I've not been in the best mood and others are starting to notice my mood.

My routine is doing the treadmill 6 days/wk for 30+ minutes. Staying within calorie limit. No pop. No candy. No fast food. Limiting sodium intake as well.
