Sometimes I would get "hunger pains" but nothing major. Have you been eating your # of calories allowed for the day? In addition to MFP you can also take a look at Preventions site as far as calorie limits. prevention.com/caloriecalculator/

Yeah I think doubling up really helps (I'm 40DD) I wear my sports bra on top though It makes jumping jacks more tolerable

I have a hard time sticking to my calorie limit too and my limit is 1400-1500. I've recently read that foods and drinks that are high in protein can curb your appetite and make you feel fuller. This Dvd is the only one I've tried. I've googled and realized there is a whole set and this one is included. I don't have the set. This is the only one I have. I really like it though. I only done it for 10-15 minutes. I got out of breath super quick and had to take a break. I've not exercised in years. I have a desk job…

Thanks for all the input. My friend had the Ultimate Bootcamp still in the plastic from where she bought it a while back so she has let me try it out. I haven't popped it in yet...I'm anxious now after reading all of these replies. lol.

I once was at 160 and got down to 120. Then I ballooned up to 180. Honestly I don't even remember going up to 130, 140, 150, etc. I don't remember any of it. It was that fast. It was all fast food really. I'm documenting everything this time too. And this time I will keep it off. Good luck!:)
