Thanks for the feedback you guys! I've decided to stick with a caramel pudding cup (60 cals) and then exercise again to get back under my goal for the day. Then, the bf has promised to split half a serving of the ice cream with me at coldstone this weekend for a treat. Thanks for all the support! It really does help. :-)

I'm at 185.6 today. Down 1.4 lbs from last week. Woot! I even made myself get out of bed and exercise before I did anything else today. I felt accomplished before 9:00a.m. Great feeling! Hope everyone else is losing weight this week. If not, tomorrow is a new day. :)
