do you use some face lotion once you clean your face? sometimes we breakout cause we clean our face too much and dont put the moisture back in our skin...try using the Oxy then use just a little face moisturiser with an SPF in it...

thats great...but please be careful...i have lost a ring and i know of a few people that have as well since loosing weight... get a heavy chain and wear them on your neck til you get them resized again...

a few things that i look for are sugar content per serving...anything over 11g per serve i stay away from... for all of my bread/pasta products the first ingredient has to be whole wheat flour...nothing enriched... i also look at salt...i dont add salt to anything and since adopting a healthier lifetyle i am always amazed…

egg whites are full of protein and very few calories... as is white meat chicken with no skin...i love to just bake a few chicken breasts at the start of the week and then pull them apart and put in a container in the fridge for a snack wrapped in some lettuce with some other vegies and a little spicy mustard... protein…

this is what i ate today...about 1400 calories... breakfast... Myoplex Lite pre-work out shake egg white vege scramble with three slices of turkey bacon lunch... huge salad with lettuce, spinach, spring onion, grated carrot a few croutons and some grilled chicken...with light italian dressing dinner... healthy…

soda is bad for you...diet or regular...and anything in large amounts is even worse... do you know what Coke does to your stomach? it basically rots is... to give you an example of what Coke does...get your dirty silverware and put it in a bucket filled with Coke...you will never see your silverware so clean in you life…
