I would either get a Whole Wheat Margherita Pizza loaded w veggies, or the 'Create Your Own Salad' option. :smile:

Chicken Caesar Salads. You can put them away in your fridge and then heat up the chicken separately and add it to your salad. Dressing on the side - so your salad doesn't get soggy :wink:

Despite you having time, I would cook it open. Why? Squash retains heat as bad as pumpkin. And if you try to cut it open later, while hot, you might burn yourself. :explode: :noway: So I figure maybe it's just best to cook it open, plus you'll obvious be done much quicker :happy: Hope that helped a little

Sassy, I'm under the impression it could be due to poor circulation. My mother had a very similar problem and was blessed to learn of a natural alternative and is now ITCH-FREE!!!! I always go through the same. My ticker still says 0 lbs lost, because I started less than two weeks ago.
