I almost always eat something at midnight. :/ Usually, I try to eat some fruit but sometimes I end up having a bowl of cereal or some peanut butter on some bread. Tonight I ended up having some graham crackers with a little bit of ice cream.

I am around 198- 200 pounds right now. I'm 5'5 and I am at about 1700 calories a day. When I first started I was getting between 1300-1400 but I upped it a bit due to a plateau a couple of months ago. So far so good. I am losing, it's just a bit slower than it was in the beginning. I have it set to lose 1 pound a week.
