So about level 2... I think level 2 is harder than level 3. I would say appreciate it for a good work out and stick with it as long as you need to- it does get easier! Good luck!

I am interested in incorporating juicing into my diet by replacing breakfast and snacks- maybe lunch. Does anyone use a juicer they would recommend highly? I am trying not to spend a lot so I am also interested in any resources you know of to purchase a used one. Thanks!

Hello! I saw great toning results when using consistently and have continued to use it off and on. My schedule has made the gym tough so I am using it most days. It is a great workout!
