enjoy some candy. everything in moderation. honestly, i've been sneaking a piece or 2 of candy out of a dish at work every day for the last week and it has had no negative effect on me whatsoever. i still hit my weight loss goal this week. having a little bit of candy is not going to ruin your weight loss journey.

the last time i got a flu shot was when i was 13 (15 years ago) and i ended up getting the flu. i haven't had the vaccine or the flu since then. but if i was told i'd have to get the vaccine, it wouldn't be a big deal.

my grandmother died from metastatic breast cancer long before i was born. my mother is a 10 year breast cancer survivor! we celebrated this summer w/ the whole family.

i had a laparascopic surgery in May to have my gallbladder removed. i felt bloated and achy for a week or two after that. i still had swelling for what seemed like about a month. i did go up a few pounds after surgery, but they fell off quickly. hope you get back to feeling normal soon!!!

i get my exercise later...after work & dinner. i find it helps relieve the stress of my work day. i've also noticed that i sleep better at night when i exercise in the evening.
