My goal WAS 140. I currently weigh 132 and feel great, so I guess 132 is my maintanance weight now :D

Clif bars are superb! They're delicious and have protein as well! Have you tried dried fruits? (bananas, apples, etc..)

I've heard that negative calorie foods DON'T exist, but I'd like to know some more about this topic as well.

I don't believe in the whole 'you'll gain more fat if you eat later at night' myth, but I do like to give a solid 1 hr-1.5 hr before sleeping for all the food to properly digest. I hate waking up in the middle of the night from heartburn or whatnot! :smile:

I count everything as well! Almost every single bite...but I thought that's what 'calorie count' meant...? I didn't think there was anything wrong with it... I mean, I've lost 40 pounds counting EVERY calorie... Is the fact that I don't think it's absurd make me crazy? LOL.
