Drink more water. Lots of it. Drink a whole glass of water before, during, and after you eat. It will help fill you up and keep this from happening. Another acidophilus and probiotics fan here. I had a medical issue which made me more susceptible to infections for about a year. The probiotics helped.

I feel your pain - I am much bigger than a DD. Unfortunately I've heard that they don't get THAT much smaller. I'm sure after a certain point they'll lose a little bit, but in all honesty I have heard the change isn't gonna be that drastic. So, you probably won't come out of this with a B or anything.

Perfect - that is really clear. I'm sure if anyone did what I do for working out it would be considered to be pretty mild but I'm so out of shape it isn't even funny. I'll definitely work up to the more intense stuff. No Insanity or P90X for me yet haha! :) Thanks again!

I'm currently taking Acai Berry Extract (antioxidants) and Chromium Picolinate for metabolism. I also try to remember a daily vitamin and calcium since I'm a girl and we're more likely to get osteoporosis.

Candy is great. Skinny Cow makes the BEST little caramel clusters and they're only 100 cal. per packet... STOCK UP and just eat them when you want candy (in moderation of course).
