Im kinda in the same boat. I broke my foot and couldnt really do anything all my food was prepared for me so I just had to deal with it. Im getting back on track now and very determined!!!! I want to lose 75 in total have lost 5 already so I'd be up for joining you! :)

Thanks guys I will have a look at all of these suggestions. I have suffered with Anemia in the past but this feels different and I am taking an iron supplement so I really dont think that this is the problem. I think if I get into a decent sleep routine that this will change things dramatically for me but thats the problem…

Hiya!! I think your best option is to lower your workout schedule. If you think about it your better off eating healthy instead of worry about how often you get to the gym. Even miss 1 extra day or lower the amount of cardio you do in the gym this should bring your calories down. Hope this helps!!

Well I weighed in last week and it was just over a week since I had started and lost 7lbs. I was so happy I need to loose at least 70lbs so this was a nice bit of motivation to keep going. I tally just clean plain water also. I tend to drink at least 1 and a half litres a day. I have been told that is roughly what you should be drinking.
